The RRS-Foot is a the short male counterpart to the RRS-Shoe. Screw this on to the bottom any of your optic items, just makes sure that the balance point is acceptable. See the example of the GoPro Hero 3. If you have a balance point problem, then consider an RRS-OBA variant instead.
